Electronic and printed version of letterhead
I originally designed this letterhead layout for a professionally printed letterhead paper, the client ordered 1000 on 100gsm paper weight stock.
Then, when Covid hit, there was a need to convert the letterhead to an electronic format. Correspondence is able to be typed directly into the electronic letterhead, then either printed on a home printer or saved as a PDF for emailing in electronic format.
Having to adapt to working more flexible (with some staff working from home), meant we were no longer able to sit next to our copiers and have the benefit of the scanners in the office. On short notice, Lisa converted our letterhead (she designed previously) to an electronic format. It looks so professional and has created greater work efficiencies. A new work practice we will continue to utilise, saving us ongoing costs of ordering printed letterhead paper and copier costs even when this pandemic is over. Thanks Lisa :-)
