20+ years experience

I started in the industry over 25 years ago as a multimedia designer, where I was responsible for design and construction of training animations. Since then I've been designing and constructing websites, designing user interfaces, designing logos, performing IT support, performing test analysis, managing projects, systems analysis, creating marketing material for print, and much more.

Communication & People skills

I believe that good communication is just as important as technical skills. If you need to ask me a question, I'm only a phone call or email away. I'm not afraid to ask questions to really understand what you hope to achieve, and I provide personalised training to all my new website clients who wish to learn how to maintain their own website.

My approach is that the customer is always right... but of course I will provide advice when needed to make sure that continues to be true!
